Transera is a growing electrification advisory firm welcoming experienced professionals, advisors, and bright co-op and intern students who want to build their network and accelerate their knowledge in EV charging, capital infrastructure, and owner-side EPCM.
01Why Transera
Mid-market electrification needs disciplined, right-sized advisory — and that is exactly the gap Transera fills. We’re building a structured, vendor-neutral firm that brings owner-side EPCM coordination to fleets, real estate portfolios, healthcare campuses, municipalities, indigenous programs, and OEM/CPO partners. It works because of the people we bring on.
You will work directly with the founder, on real programs, with real Owners. No bench time, no shadow assignments, no decks-for-the-deck’s-sake.
You’ll sit at the table with fleet managers, municipal directors, and OEM executives โ not three layers below them.
EV charging, transmission, substations, distribution. Programs that exist in the physical world, not slideware.
As we grow, the people who shaped Transera early will share in what we build. Compensation models reflect that.
Headquartered in Ontario, but our programs are Canada-wide and increasingly North American.
02Roles We’re Building Toward
These aren’t open-tomorrow postings. They’re the disciplines we expect to bring on as we grow โ if any of them describe you, we want to hear from you now.
Field-led, governance-minded.
Avoided emissions, ESG disclosure, sustainability strategy.
Pipeline development across fleet, SME, municipal.
Owner-side technical liaison.
Build the tooling that makes us scale.
03Co-op & Intern Students
We welcome bright co-op and intern students from electrical engineering, project management, sustainability, business, and digital tools backgrounds who want hands-on exposure to real-world electrification programs.
Electrical, civil, mechanical, or project management students looking for capital-infrastructure exposure. You’ll see real Owner conversations, real utility coordination, and real EPCM workflows.
MBA, undergraduate business, sustainability, or policy students who want to learn how strategic advisory firms operate. Direct exposure to capital structuring, ESG framing, and client-facing engagements.
Computer science, data science, or design students excited about building decision-support tools for capital infrastructure. The forthcoming Transera Toolbox is a perfect playground.
Why Transera for co-ops & interns: You will work directly with the founder. You will see how owner-side advisory works in practice. You will build your professional network through Transera’s industry connections (EMC, EV Society, OACETT, PMI, conference circuit). And you’ll graduate with portfolio-grade work product.
