Transera speaking event

Build the future of electrification with us.

Transera is a growing electrification advisory firm welcoming experienced professionals, advisors, and bright co-op and intern students who want to build their network and accelerate their knowledge in EV charging, capital infrastructure, and owner-side EPCM.

01Why Transera

A small team, with the leverage of a much larger one.

Mid-market electrification needs disciplined, right-sized advisory — and that is exactly the gap Transera fills. We’re building a structured, vendor-neutral firm that brings owner-side EPCM coordination to fleets, real estate portfolios, healthcare campuses, municipalities, indigenous programs, and OEM/CPO partners. It works because of the people we bring on.

You will work directly with the founder, on real programs, with real Owners. No bench time, no shadow assignments, no decks-for-the-deck’s-sake.

๐Ÿ“

Direct Owner Access

You’ll sit at the table with fleet managers, municipal directors, and OEM executives โ€” not three layers below them.

๐Ÿ›

Real Infrastructure

EV charging, transmission, substations, distribution. Programs that exist in the physical world, not slideware.

๐Ÿ“ˆ

Equity in Outcomes

As we grow, the people who shaped Transera early will share in what we build. Compensation models reflect that.

๐ŸŒŽ

Geographic Flexibility

Headquartered in Ontario, but our programs are Canada-wide and increasingly North American.

02Roles We’re Building Toward

The people we’re looking for as we scale.

These aren’t open-tomorrow postings. They’re the disciplines we expect to bring on as we grow โ€” if any of them describe you, we want to hear from you now.
