Transera speaking event

A structured methodology for disciplined electrification.

Three frameworks define how Transera structures every engagement: the 3Ps Foundation, the Transera 8Ps™ of Electrification Infrastructure, and a structured Delivery Pathway from Strategic Discovery through long-term Asset Management.

01The 3Ps Foundation

Three pillars before engineering begins.

From fleet operators to REITs, healthcare campuses to municipal programs — the 3Ps tailor every electrification engagement to the industry, scale, and capital posture of the Owner. Clarity first; complexity managed.

P1 · Purpose

Why are we electrifying?

Strategic intent before site work.

  • Fleet transition strategy & route economics
  • Tenant amenity & portfolio value drivers
  • Campus sustainability & ESG targets
  • Public-sector decarbonization mandates
  • Capital allocation priorities & lifecycle thinking
Industries served: Fleet, Real Estate, Healthcare, Municipal — each with a distinct electrification purpose.
P2 · Planning

How will it be structured?

Sequencing and scope before procurement.

  • Site selection & capacity validation
  • Utility pre-engagement & load planning
  • Phased capital roadmap aligned to operations
  • Risk identification & schedule realism
  • Procurement strategy & vendor evaluation
Industries served: Industrial & Plazas, OEMs & CPOs, Indigenous & Remote — each with distinct site, utility, and sequencing realities.
P3 · Protection

How do we protect outcomes?

Disciplined execution & benefits realization.

  • Change-control governance
  • Cost monitoring discipline
  • Contractor accountability
  • Quality & risk register oversight
  • Benefits-realization tracking & reporting
Industries served: Hospitality & multi-stakeholder programs — protection scales with portfolio size and complexity.

The 3Ps tailor electrification to the industry — from fleet depots to REIT portfolios to indigenous community programs — ensuring every program begins with clarity, not complexity.

03The Transera Delivery Pathway

From Discovery to long-term Asset Management.

A structured engagement model that meets Owners wherever they are — from a fixed-fee Strategic Discovery to multi-year asset stewardship. Each stage is scoped, priced, and agreed in writing before work begins.

1
Structured engagement · HST inclusive · All-inclusive scope

Strategic Discovery Advisory™

A structured advisory engagement — discovery call, readiness assessment, and a written report. Stage 1 is only the advisory discovery; it does not include design, engineering, procurement, construction, or asset management work.

Two live sessions (2 × 60 min: 1 Strategic Discovery Call + 1 Detailed Strategy Call after report submission), pre-session input review, an Infrastructure Readiness Assessment, and a written Advisory Summary Report.

Site visits, travel, and any expanded scope are quoted separately as the engagement evolves. Engagement fee is disclosed at Stripe checkout on the Book a Call page.

Outcome
Clarity, direction, and a documented roadmap before engineering begins.
View Sample Report

After Stage 1, clients may choose to engage Transera for any of the following Stages (2–7) based on their program needs.

Each stage is scoped, priced, and proposed separately. A formal engagement proposal is submitted after mutual discussion and alignment of scope. Stages 2–7 are not bundled with the Stage 1 fee.

04Collaborative Delivery Model

An owner-side coordination layer — built to integrate, not duplicate.

Transera operates as the Owner’s coordination layer across an ecosystem of licensed engineers, contractors, utilities, and AHJs. We do not duplicate engineering scope. We integrate it.

Integration Disciplines Owner-Side

  • Single point of accountability for the Owner
  • Cross-discipline coordination (electrical, civil, structural)
  • Utility & AHJ interface management
  • Contract & commercial governance
  • Risk & change-control oversight

Partner Ecosystem Licensed

  • P.Eng partners for sealed engineering
  • ECRA/ESA contractors for regulated electrical work
  • Civil & structural specialists
  • Commissioning & testing agencies
  • Utility, municipal, and AHJ representatives
