Three frameworks define how Transera structures every engagement: the 3Ps Foundation, the Transera 8Ps™ of Electrification Infrastructure, and a structured Delivery Pathway from Strategic Discovery through long-term Asset Management.
01The 3Ps Foundation
From fleet operators to REITs, healthcare campuses to municipal programs — the 3Ps tailor every electrification engagement to the industry, scale, and capital posture of the Owner. Clarity first; complexity managed.
Strategic intent before site work.
Sequencing and scope before procurement.
Disciplined execution & benefits realization.
The 3Ps tailor electrification to the industry — from fleet depots to REIT portfolios to indigenous community programs — ensuring every program begins with clarity, not complexity.
02The Transera 8Ps™
Programs succeed when the surrounding ecosystem is aligned. The Transera 8Ps™ cover policy, power, people, and performance — the full operating environment around every successful electrification program.
A proprietary Transera Group framework
Regulatory alignment, permitting, incentives, compliance.
Utility capacity, load growth, grid integration, resiliency.
Charger selection, software platform & OCPP integration, technical compatibility, lifecycle fit.
Capital planning, demand charges, ROI & lifecycle cost.
Site readiness, civil integration, operational continuity.
Engineers, contractors, utilities, suppliers, municipalities.
Operations, finance, leadership alignment, accountability.
Utilization, reliability, reporting, ESG, scalability.
03The Transera Delivery Pathway
A structured engagement model that meets Owners wherever they are — from a fixed-fee Strategic Discovery to multi-year asset stewardship. Each stage is scoped, priced, and agreed in writing before work begins.
A structured advisory engagement — discovery call, readiness assessment, and a written report. Stage 1 is only the advisory discovery; it does not include design, engineering, procurement, construction, or asset management work.
Two live sessions (2 × 60 min: 1 Strategic Discovery Call + 1 Detailed Strategy Call after report submission), pre-session input review, an Infrastructure Readiness Assessment, and a written Advisory Summary Report.
Site visits, travel, and any expanded scope are quoted separately as the engagement evolves. Engagement fee is disclosed at Stripe checkout on the Book a Call page.
After Stage 1, clients may choose to engage Transera for any of the following Stages (2–7) based on their program needs.
Each stage is scoped, priced, and proposed separately. A formal engagement proposal is submitted after mutual discussion and alignment of scope. Stages 2–7 are not bundled with the Stage 1 fee.
Define scope and sequencing before procurement.
Align technical design with commercial realities.
Protect schedule, cost, and quality during execution.
Ensure infrastructure performs as designed.
Translate operational data into strategic insight.
Long-term oversight of your electrification portfolio.
Stages 2–7 are scoped, priced, and agreed in writing per engagement — structured to your program’s scale, complexity, and risk profile. Most Owners begin with Stage 1 (Strategic Discovery Advisory™) to clarify direction before committing.
04Collaborative Delivery Model
Transera operates as the Owner’s coordination layer across an ecosystem of licensed engineers, contractors, utilities, and AHJs. We do not duplicate engineering scope. We integrate it.
Apply the Approach
